Construction projects are high risk activities and we are extremely proud of our safety record. We achieve this through investment, training, a sound safety management culture, trained and experienced staff and a willingess to learn. Our dedicated on-site professional teams are trained to a very high standard in health and safety and provide a work ethic that embodies high quality workmanship, traditional skills and values combined with modern technology, and operations that fulfil the demands of best practice in the industry. Our management team helps us to meet our statutory duties and to ensure we abide by all Health and Safety regulations, following our safety policies and procedures.
On 6 April 2015 the new CDM 2015 (Construction Design and Management Regulations) came into effect, replacing the 2007 Regulations. There have been some significant changes which mean that all clients, including domestic clients, are included in the new regulations.
