25 Years of Symm and Raymond Blanc’s award winning Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons

The long standing relationship between Symm and Raymond Blanc and his award winning Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons was celebrated on 23 April with a lunch there for a number of specially invited guests.

Symm worked with Raymond to restore and convert the Cromwell family seat at Great Milton in 1984 and have been involved in all major phases of work ever since.

Following some extremely kind words from Raymond to the group, Aidan Mortimer, Symm Group Chief Executive, presented him with a carved stone plaque to commemorate the occasion.
